Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada-Peru FTA/Canada-Colombia FTA Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Telecommunications Installation Work under this contract includes the labour, tools, and supervision required for the installation of communications equipment, cabling, and/or any required support infrastructure distribution systems for internet and television service for Department of National Defence Facilities located at building S105 and S85 of Stadacona, Halifax, Nova Scotia as specified. INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractural nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Alex Russell, alex.russell@pwgsc.gc.ca, facsimile: (902) 496-5016. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. This PWGSC Office provides procurement services in English. This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), and Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
