    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
    solicitation number W010C-13C162/A dated 2013-05-10 with a
    closing of 2013-07-04 at 02:00PM. A debriefing or feedback
    session will be provided upon request to
    bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
    
    ROOFING REPAIRS HALIFAX AREA
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
    the Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
    Regional Individual Standing Offer for the furnishings of all
    labour, material, equipment, tools, transportation and
    supervision required to repair various types of roofing systems
    on various buildings within  CFB Halifax in Nova Scotia, on an
    "as and" when requested basis. 
    
    Period of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be  from
    One year (1)  plus an additional two (2),12 month option
    periods, if required.
    
    Mandatory Requirement at solicitation closing date:
    
    1.0 Offerors must posses a minimum of five (5) years related
    experience in the repairs and installation of roofing systems.
    Offerors MUST use the tables in PART 4 - EVALUATION PROCEDURES
    AND BASIS OF SELECTION to list three (3) major projects/
    contracts (one for each project).
    
    Failure to comply with the Mandatory requirement above will
    render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will
    be given to the Bid.
    
    INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions
    of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting
    Authority: Chukwudi Chinye, telephone (902) 496-5476, facsimile:
    (902) 496-5016, and email- chukwudi.chinye@pwgsc.gc.ca.
    Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no
    less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to
    allow sufficient time to respond.
    
    This requirement is subject to the North American Free Trade
    Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization Agreement on
    Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) and the Agreement on Internal
    Trade (AIT).
