    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires
    proposals from Engineering Consultants for professional services
    required to climbing lanes to the Trans Canada Highway in Terra
    Nova National Park at four to eleven locations along the 43
    kilometers of highway within Terra Nova National Park, Newfound
    and Labrador. Fifteen firms are invited under the Highway and
    Transportation Engineering specialty services in Newfoundland
    and Labrador in accordance to Heavy Civil Engineering Supply
    Arrangement #E0225-141687/A

    Optional Site Visit
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the
    site visit to be held at Parks Canada Administration Building,
    Newman Sound Entrance, Terra Nova National Park, NL on 14 May,
    2015. The site visit will begin at 14:30 hrs Newfoundland and
    Labrador time.
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
    Authority no later than May 12, 2015 at 16:00hrs to confirm
    attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
    attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet.
    Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will
    not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be
    precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes
    to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be
    included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
