Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires
proposals from Engineering Consultants for professional services
required to provide resident construction representative
services for Wharf Reconstruction at Bartletts Harbour,
Newfoundland and Labrador (NFLD).  Two firms are invited under
the Marine  Engineering speciality services in NFLD in
accordance to Heavy Civil Engineering Supply Arrangement
#E0225-141687/A
