Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires proposals from Engineering Consultants for professional services required to provide design and tender documents for roadway rehabilitation and pavement of 20km of existing gravel road in the community of Portugal Cove, Cape Race, Newfoundland. Four firms are invited under the Highway and Transportation Engineering speciality services in Newfoundland in accordance to Heavy Civil Engineering Supply Arrangement #E0225-141687.List of firms invited in no particular order via e-mail are as follows:
