Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires proposals from Engineering Consultants for professional services required to provide design and develop plans/specifications for water system upgrades on the Bedford Institute of Oceanography (BIO) Campus in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia  All  firms are invited under the Civil/Municipal  Engineering speciality services in Nova Scotia in accordance to Heavy Civil Engineering Supply Arrangement #E0225-141687.
