    Public Works and Government Services on behalf of Environment
    Canada, has a requirement that consists, but is not limited to:
    
    .1  Supply and install all materials required to provide an
    independent ground grid for each of the five (5) wind turbine
    generators (WTG).
    
    .2  Supply and install all materials required to replace the
    existing fusible disconnect switches which are located on the
    bottom of each WTG tower.
    
    .3  Supply and install all materials required to replace the
    existing power cable termination and obstruction lighting
    control enclosures which are located on independent structures
    beside each WTG tower.
    
    .4  Supply and install all materials required to provide an
    independent ground grid outside the Generator/Battery Building
    and to provide wall mounted ground buses to serve the Generator
    Room and Battery Room electrical power conversion, power
    generation and distribution equipment.
    
    .5  Supply and install all materials required to replace the
    existing wooden wireway which supports the wind turbine
    generating cables from the underground trench to the Battery
    Room.
    
    .6  Supply and install all materials required to provide a CSA
    Type 12, steel enclosure to house each of the Battery output
    circuit breakers located in the Battery Room.
    
    .7  Supply and install all materials required to replace each of
    the existing 100A fusible disconnect switches connected on the
    120Vdc output circuit of the VCS-10 Voltage Controllers located
    in the Battery Room.
    
    This requirement is subject to Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
    
    The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,001 -
    $250K
    
    Sourcing:  The Notice of Proposed Procurement will be posted on
    the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) for a minimum
    fifteen (15) day period.  This requirement is subject to the
    provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade  (AIT).
