IMPORTANT:

REQUIREMENT:
Public Service and Procurement Canada on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement that comprises the furnishing of all labour, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for complete and satisfactory cleaning/janitorial services at the Canadian Coast Guard Helicopter Hangar, Shearwater,  and the following buildings situated at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography, 1 Challenger Drive, Dartmouth, B2Y 4A2 namely:  Canadian Coast Guard Building (CCBG), and the Marine Communication Traffic Services (MCTS)

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
Consult Part 2 of the Solicitation document for details pertaining to the site visit.

SECURITY:
This procurement is subject to a Reliability Security requirement.

TERM OF CONTRACT:
Will be for two (2) years with the Option of 3 additional one (1) year periods.

BASIS OF SELECTION:
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
