This requirement is open only to invited suppliers under the Heavy Civil Engineer Supply Arrangement E0225-141687 who qualified under Structural Engineering in New Brunswick.  Due the estimated value of the requirement, all qualified SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

PWGSC, on behalf of Department of Transportation, is seeking proposals from Consultants seeking engineering services over the next 5 years to carry out a series of inspections, including Comprehensive Detailed and Underwater Inspection, of the bridge structure of  J.C.Van Horne Bridge according to PSPC's Bridge Inspection Manual and according to PSPC’s Bridge Inspection Policy.  The BIM contains definitions that describe the access and reporting requirements of all of the inspections type being requested.
The purpose of the project is to conduct annual inspections on the J. C. Van Horne Bridge in order to maintain its structural integrity and therefore it serviceability as one of the key transportation linkages between the Provinces of New Brunswick and Quebec.
