This requirement is open only to those invited Heavy Civil
Supply Arrangement E0225-141687 Holders who qualified under the
special service Marine Engineering in the province of
Newfoundland and Labrador.  The following SA holders have been
invited to submit a proposal.

4.    AFN Engineering Inc.


Title:   Wharf Reconstruction - Harbour Breton,  Newfoundland &
Labrador

Description of the Requirement:   Construction and Contract
administration in addition to on-site construction
representative services. The project is to demolish and remove
existing timber pile wharf and reconstruct a new timer cribwork
wharf complete with new reinforced concrete deck.  

Scope:

PWGSC requires professional services to provide construction and
contract administration services as well as resident
construction representative services for the duration of the
construction period.  Estime for services to be based on a 37
week construction period.  1850 hours for resident on-site
inspection services, 500 hours contract administration.

NOTE:  The Heavy Civil Supply Arrangemnet is subject to an

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
