    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
    solicitation number EB144-160072 dated June 4, 2015 with a
    closing date of July 20, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. ADT.  A debriefing or
    feedback session will be provided upon request to
    bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of
    Citizenship and Immigration Canada, has a requirement for the
    supply and installation of mobile storage shelving at CIC, 707
    Sparr Road, Sydney, Nova Scotia.
    
    It is strongly recommended that the Bidder or a representative
    of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made
    for the site visit to be held at 707 Sparr Road, Sydney, Nova
    Scotia on October 26, 2015. The site visit will begin at 2:00
    p.m. ADT. 
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
    Authority no later than Thursday, October 22, 2015 to confirm
    attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
    attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet.
    Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will
    not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be
    precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes
    to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be
    included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

    in the solicitation document.
    
    1.  Before award of a contract, the following conditions must be
    met:
    
    (a) The Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance
    as indicated in the solicitation document.
    (b) The Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to
    classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work
    site(s) must meet the security requirements as indicated in the
    solicitation document.
    (c)  The Bidders must provide the names of all individuals who
    will require access to classified or protected information,
    assets or sensitive work sites.
    
    All questions are to be directed in writing to the Contract
    Authority, Linda Richard, at linda.k.richard@pwgsc.gc.ca no
    later than five (5) days before bid close.  Questions received
    after that date may not be answered.
