TThe Department of National Defence has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO).  The work under this RISO comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and equipment necessary for the provision of heavy equipment rental complete with the operators for various locations of CFB Halifax as specified within.  

Please review Annex A - Statement of Work  for further information.  

The period of this RISO will be for one (1) year from the date of award, plus two (2) additional one (1) year option periods.  

It is PWGSC’s intention to enter into one (1) Standing Offer.

There is a security requirement associated with this requirement

The offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory criteria to be declared responsive.The responsive offer with the lowest overall evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
