PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), has a requirement for the urgent repair of a central heating line that is actively leaking between the Bedford Institute of Oceanography Campus and the Canadian Coast Guard HQ Building located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This is a Heavy Civil project that involves excavation on the side of a steep slope and entering an excavation at times to perform manual labour.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 14 weeks of Award Notification. 


SITE VISIT:

No site visit has been scheduled. Bidders are to refer to the attached specifications and drawings for site description. 


INQUIRIES:

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

The estimated cost of this procurement is between $500,001.00 - $1,000,000.00
