Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), has a requirement for a Structural Study to assess the current condition of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre (NAFC), in St. John's, NL and provide recommendations for the facility's future use. This requirement is being procured under the provisions of the Heavy Civil Supply Arrangement (EB129-192368).
