Trade Agreement: World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Subsequent/Follow-on Contracts Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: M&E SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT - Refresh 2020 E0225-150564/D Kendell (PWA), Byron Telephone No. - (902) 497-5345 ( ) Fax No. - (902) 496-5016 ( ) Mechanical and Electrical Supply Arrangement - Refresh 2020 Public Services and Procurement Canada have a requirement for the provision of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering services for projects in the following provinces located in Atlantic Canada: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island Newfoundland and Labrador. Any locations subject to any of the Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements are excluded from the Supply Arrangement. Existing Supply Arrangement Holders This document allows existing Supply Arrangement Holders to submit arrangement to enable them to qualify for Discipline Services and/or additional geographic locations for which they currently do not have a supply arrangement. Existing Supply Arrangement Holders are not required to re-quality for any specialty services for which they already have a supply arrangement although they must otherwise comply with the new requirements of the refresh solicitation. This Mechanical and Electrical Supply Arrangement includes three (3) Discipline Services: • Mechanical Engineering • Electrical Engineering • Marine Electrical Engineering Suppliers must identify the geographic area(s) in which they propose to provide services. Suppliers are also requested to indicate at least one Discipline Service for which they wish to qualify. Suppliers are only required to submit one arrangement regardless of their number of proposed Discipline Services. Suppliers may choose one or more geographic regions. There is no maximum to the number of Supply Arrangements that may be issued as result of this Request For Supply Arrangement. The Supply Arrangements will remain valid for a period of six years or until such time as Canada no longer considers it advantageous to use them. The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement begins on the start date of the Supply Arrangement. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) and the Canada Free Trade Agreement All inquiries must be submitted in writing to: Byron Kendell byron.kendell@pwgsc.gc.ca no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Supply Arrangement closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered. This tender allows and encourages Proponents to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their proposal electronically. Proponents must refer to the solicitation documents for further information.
