Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for multiple Standing Offer Agreements to provide all labour, material, tools, supervision and equipment necessary for the maintenance and repair of electrical systems at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography (BIO) in Dartmouth, NS. 

2 SOs will be issued for this requirement. The lowest priced compliant bidder will receive 60% of the follow-on work while the second lowest priced compliant bidder will receive 40% of the follow-on work under this requirement. Call-ups will be issued to the supplier furthest from their ideal distribution.

The period of these RISO's will be 1 year from date of award with 2, 1-year optional periods available. 


 
SITE VISIT: There will be no site visit.
