PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for Construction Services to complete Interior Redesign work at the Dominion Building located at 1713 Bedford Row in Halifax, NS.


The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 30 November, 2023. 


VIRTUAL TOUR (OPTIONAL):

An optional virtual tour of the project site will take place via Microsoft Teams ® video at 2:30pm (ADT) on 19 May, 2021. Bidders must register with the Contracting Authority by 2:00pm (ADT) on 18 May, 2021 to be included in the invitation to attend, which will be issued via email. Registration requests are to be sent via email to: byron.kendell@pwgsc.gc.ca.  

In order to respect the limitations of the application, a maximum of 2 people from each firm will be invited to attend the tour.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

The estimated cost of this procurement is between $20,000,001.00 - $40,000,000.00
