This requirement is open only to invited suppliers under the Heavy Civil Engineer Supply Arrangement E0225-141687 who qualified under Civil/Municipal Engineering in the geographic region of Newfoundland.  The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

Meridian Engineering Inc.
CBCL Limited
AMEC Foster Wheeler Americas Ltd.

PWGSC is seeking proposals from Consultants under the Civil/Municipal Engineering Supply Arrangement E0225-141687.  The purpose of this project is to address human health and ecological risks associated with the property and mitigate potential future liability concerns for prospective owners should the property be divested.   Required professional services for this project include civil/ geotechnical engineering design and contract administration services. 

Note:  The Heavy Civil Engineering Supply Arrangementis subject to an annual refresh.  If you wish to become a Qualified SA Holder, please contact Kathie Taylor at kathie.taylor@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
