    This requirement is open only to invited suppliers under the Heavy Civil Engineer Supply Arrangement E0225-141687 who qualified under Highway/Transportation Engineering in the geographic regions of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
      
    PWGSC is seeking proposals from Consultants under the Highway/Transportation Engineering Supply Arrangement E0225-141687.  The purpose of this project is to prepare complete tender ready documents for the rehabilitation of five (5) marshalling yards at Transport Canada major ports and one parking area in Atlantic Canada.  Transport Canada has had annual inspection reports prepared to identify areas requiring remediation at its major sites in the Atlantic Region. The purpose of this project is to investigate the conditions identified in the reports and prepare design packages for tender for implementation of construction in 2018. The project includes the marshalling yards at five major ports: Saint John Ferry Terminal, Wood Islands and Souris Ferry Terminals, PEI and Digby and Caribou Ferry Terminal in NS and one parking area at Cape Jourimain at Confederation Bridge.
