This requirement is open only to invited suppliers under the Heavy Civil Engineer Supply Arrangement E0225-141687 who qualified under Marine Engineering in the geographic region of Nova Scotia.

PWGSC, on behalf of Fisheries & Oceans Canada, is seeking proposals from pre-qualified Consultants under the Marine Engineering Supply Arrangement E0225-141687.

The project will investigate and determine the cause of movements of the Canso Canal walls, propose short term solutions to stabilize the walls, and recommend long term solutions to ensure dependable continued operation of the facility. The project will also establish baseline measurements and a monitoring program with a methodology to assess future wall movements to ensure continued safe operation of the facility.
