PSPC, on behalf of DFO - Bedford Institute of Oceanography, Dartmouth, NS, has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for General Maintenance services on an "as and when required" basis as further detailed in the solicitation document.  The period of the RISO will be for one year with three (3) one-year options.  

Two (2) standing offers will be issued.  The lowest priced compliant offeror will receive 60% of the follow-on work, while the second placed lowest compliant offeror will receive 40% of the follow-on work under this requirement.  

There is a security requirement associated with this solicitation.
