Dorchester Minimum - Grounds Lighting

Public Works and Governement Services Canada has a requirement
for the supply and installation of surface mounted lighting to
buildings: F89, F90, F91, F92, F98, F99, F100, F102, F108 and
F113 and for the supply and installation of dusk to dawn
lighting to 4 existing power poles along the property line and
field lighting.

All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and
specifications for PWGSC Project Numbers R.061816.001 forming
part of the bid document. The contract completion is twenty (20)
weeks after contract award.

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site and examine the Scope of the Work
required and the existing conditions. There will be an optional
site visit on December 23, 2014 at 10:00 am. All interested
bidders are to meet at  the Works & Maintenance Building, H-45
of the Dorchester Penitentiary - Minimum, Dorchester, New
Brunswick. Although not mandatory, all contractors wishing to
submit a tender for this work are encouraged to attend to become
familiar with all aspects of the work. Any clarifications or
changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit
will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

attendance and submit your CPIC form as attached to Nathalie

851-6759 by no later than 2:00 pm on December 16th, 2014. 

New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents require attention. 

A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
Room 421, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B. 

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
category: $100,00 - $250,000 (HST extra). Standard bid and
contract security for construction is required.
