    PWGSC has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standi
    g Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour and equipment requ
    red to perform floating plant dredging for a one year period at v
    rious public wharves and entrance channels (inluding gullies) alo
    g the east coast of the province of New Brunswick, including site
     in Restigouche, Gloucester, Northumberland, Kent and Westmorland
    Counties. All work is to be completed on an "as and when required
     basis in accordance with the Statement of Work for PWGSC Project
    No. R.001681.001, forming part of the Solicitation document.
    
    The period of the of the Standing Offer will be one (1) year from
    issuance of award. A standing offer is an agreement and not a con
    ract. Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the fu
    l or any amount of the standing offer will be called-up. More the
     one Standing Offer may be issued for this requirement.
    
    The estimated value of this opportunity is within the range of $3
    000,001.00 - $3,500,000.00 (HST included).
