    The work under this contract consists of the installation of six
    floating wharves and a gangway at Pigeon Hill, Gloucester
    County, New Brunswick.  The floating wharf sections and gangway
    are supplied by the owner.  The floating wharves will be secured
    to H piles driven into the seabed. The contractor is to supply
    and install piles, concrete blocks, and steel connections.  The
    contractor will carry out site site work so as to access the
    floating wharves.  All work is to be performed in accordance
    with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number
    R.064161.001 forming part of the bid document. 
    
    The contract completion is ten (10) weeks after contract award.
    
    New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
    included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 
    
    A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
    Room 421, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B. 
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
    category: $100,001 - $250,000 (HST extra).

    Instructions To Bidders in the solicitation document. 
    
    Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.

    buyandsell.gc.ca.  Addenda, when issued, will be available on
    GETS.

    This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
