The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
establishment of a Service Contract for the furnishing of all
labour, materials, tools, and equipment required to carry out
snow clearance and removal at Camp Petersville, New Brunswick. 
The Service Contract is from Date of Award to April 15, 2015,
with options to extend the contract for two additional one year
periods. All work is to be performed in accordance with
Specification Number L-G2/11-9301/9 forming part of the bid
document.

There will be an optional site visit on July 30, 2014 at 10:00
hours. Interested bidders are to meet at the Main Gate at Camp
Petersville, New Brunswick. Although not mandatory, all
contractors wishing to submit a tender for this work are
encouraged to attend to become familiar with all aspects of the
work.

New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 
The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus the two option
years) for this opportunity is within the following cost
category: $250,001 to $500,000 (HST Incl.).  Bid security is not
a requirement for this tender.
