    The Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Small Craft Harbours,
    has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing
    Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, material and
    equipment required to complete minor marine projects on Small
    Craft Harbours Facilities in Southwest, New Brunswick including
    harbours on the islands of Grand Manan, Deer Island and
    Campobello.  All work is to be completed on an "as and when
    required" basis in accordance with the Specification forming
    part of the solicitation document.
    
    The work will be performed on an as and when requested basis for
    a two year period from the date of award.  A standing offer is
    an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that
    there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the
    standing offer will be called-up.  More than one standing offer
    may be issued for this requirement.
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
    cost category:  $250,000.00 to $500,000.00 (HST extra).  Bid
    security is not a requirement for this tender.
    
    IMPORTANT NOTICE:  New measures related to Code of Conduct and
    certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
    attention.
