    The Department of Fisheries & Oceans, located at DFO Gulf Fisheries Centre, Moncton, NB has a requirement to procure one (1)Split Beam Echo-Sounder System, one (1) transceiver / processing unit, one (1)120 kHz Split Beam Transducer, and one (1) calibration sphere as per specifications and components described in the document named “Request for Proposal”.
    
    The scope of the work includes the supply and delivery of the Echo-Sounder System and accessories at 340 University Avenue, Moncton, NB.
    
    Delivery Date: Must be delivered on-site no later than 90 days from award
    
    Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

    Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering Service.  Addenda, when issued, will be available from GETS.  
    
    Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.  
    
    After issuance of a contract, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposal.  Offerors should make the request to the Contract Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
    
    Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services and may be viewed at buyandsell.gc.ca.
