The Department of National Defence (DND), CFB Gagetown,
Oromocto, New Brunswick has a requirement for the establishment
of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO).  This Standing
Offer is for the provision of all site prep, labour, tools,
equipment, supervision, travel and profit required to provide
signage services at 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, New Brunswick.
The work will be performed as and when requested, during the
period of  Date of award to March 31, 2016.  All work is to be
performed in accordance with the Specification Number
L-G2-9900/1641 forming part of the bid document.

A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract. Offerors
should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any
amount of the standing offer will be called-up.

and certifications included in the solicitation documents

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
