Materials testing
Northern New Brunswick, Southern New Brunswick including North
East Nova Scotia.

PWGSC has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual
Standing Offer (RISO) for testing and inspection services of
concrete, asphalt concrete, mortar, granular fill, quarry rock,
specific gravity and absorption, organic impurities and wash
aggregates for the areas of Northern New Brunswick, Southern New
Brunswick (Restigouche, Gloucester, Northumberland, Kent and
Westmorland counties) as well as North East Nova Scotia
(Cumberland county). All work is to be completed on an "as and
when required" basis in accordance with the documents forming
part of the Solicitation document. 
The period of the of the Standing Offer will be for two (2)
years from the date of issuance. A standing offer is an
agreement and not a contract. Offerors should note that there is
no guarantee that the full or any amount of the standing offer
will be called-up. Two (2) Standing Offers will be issued for
this requirement, one for Northern New Brunswick and one for the
Southern part of New-Brunswick including North East Nova Scotia.
Note: Laboratory qualifications code for concrete testing
laboratories - The consultant must be a C.S.A. Accredited firm
for concrete testing. The firm shall provide written proof of
accreditation upon request of all technicians performing the
work.
New measures related to integrity provisions included in the
solicitation documents requires attention. 
A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
Room 405, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B.
