Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools, supervision and equipment necessary for complete and satisfactory cleaning/janitorial services at the St. Andrew's Biological Station located in St. Andrews, New Brunswick. All work is to be completed in accordance with the Specification forming part of the bid document. 

The Service Contract is for a period of May 1, 2017 to April 30, 2019, with option to renew for one additional year.

NOTICE OF OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site and examine the Scope of the Work required and the existing conditions. There will be an optional site visit on March 28, 2017 at 10:00 am. All interested bidders are to meet the main entrance of the St. Andrew's Biological Station, St. Andrews, New Brunswick. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than three days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend. Although not mandatory, all contractors wishing to submit a tender for this work are encouraged to attend to become familiar with all aspects of the work. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included asan amendment to the bid solicitation.

New measures related to Integrity Provisions are included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
