Armoury, Sussex, NB

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the furnishing of all containers, labour, equipment and dumping
fees required for the removal and disposal of all garbage, wet
and dry at the Moncton Garrison and Sussex Armoury, New
Brunswick.  All work is to be completed in accordance with the
Specification Number L-M186-9900/80 forming part of the bid
document.  The period of the Service Contract is from April 1,
2013 to March 31, 2014 with Option to renew for two additional 1
year periods.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  New measures related to Code of Conduct and
certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
attention.

The estimated cost based on the Contract (plus the two option
years) for this opportunity is within the following cost
category:  Less than $100,000 (HST extra).  Bid and contract
security are not required.

After issuance of a Standing Offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request of the Standing Offers.
 Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that
their offer was unsuccessful.  The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
