    Janitorial Services - Barrack Green Armoury & HMCS Brunswicker,

    Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the
    furnishing of all labour, supervision, tools, equipment and
    cleaning materials required to provide janitorial services for
    routine daily cleaning the Barrack Green Armoury and HMCS
    Brunswicker Naval Reserve both located in Saint John, New
    Brunswick. All work is to be completed in accordance with the
    Specification Number L-S255/1-0301/218 forming part of the bid
    document. The Service Contract is from April 1, 2013  to March
    31, 2014, with options to renew for two additional one year
    periods.
    
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the work site and examine the Scope of the Work
    required and the existing conditions. There will be an optional
    site visit on December 10, 2012 at 9:30 am. All interested
    bidders are to meet the main entrance of the Barrack Green
    Armoury, Saint John, New Brunswick. Bidders must communicate
    with the Contracting Authority no later than three days before
    the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names
    of the person(s) who will attend. Although not mandatory, all
    contractors wishing to submit a tender for this work are
    encouraged to attend to become familiar with all aspects of the
    work. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation
    resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment
    to the bid solicitation.
    
    
    The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus the two option
    years) for this opportunity is within the following cost
    category: $250,001 to $500,000. Bid security is not a
    requirement for this tender.
