    New Marginal Wharf 401 - Phase 2 - Cape Tourmentine, N.B.
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
    for the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment, hardware and
    material for the new marginal wharf, structure no. 401 phase 2
    located at Cape Tourmentine, Westmorland County, New Brunswick.
    The work consists of the following: The complete removal of
    existing treated timber cribwork structure 401 from deck
    elevation to elevation 1.5m and construct a new Berlin wall. All
    work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and
    specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.050304.001 forming
    part of the bid document. The Contractor shall perform and
    complete the Work by March 31, 2016 except for the wharf deck
    which is to be completed by July 31, 2016.
    
    New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
    included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 
    A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
    Room 405, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B. 
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
    category: $500,001 - $1,000,000 (HST extra). Standard bid and
    contract security for construction is required.

    and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior
    to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
    Inquiries are to be made in accordance with SI03 - Enquiries
    During The Solicitation Period, under Special Instructions To
    Bidders in the solicitation document. Standard bid and contract
    security for construction is required. 
    Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain

    System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.

    incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and
