Halifax-Dartmouth Community Correction Centre - Dartmouth, N.S.

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for the construction of anew community correction centre in
Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. To be constructed is a  2,700+ m2
two-storey, sprinklered, steel-framed building, with a partial
basement.  The construction also includes  site grading, a new
driveway and parking lot, new sidewalks, stairs and retaining
walls, new landscaping and connections to Municipal Services.
All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and
specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.035143.001 forming
part of the bid document. 

New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 

A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
Room 405, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B. 

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
category: $5,000,000.00 > (HST extra). Standard bid and contract
security for construction is required.
