    Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and materials for upgrades to the existing East breakwater with an extension at Leonardville Harbour, Deer Island, Charlotte County, New Brunswick. The work includes, but is not limited to; the supply and placement of core material, filter and armour stone and geotextile fabric. The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work described in the specifications and plans for project number R.076190.001. The work is to be completed by March 31, 2017. 
    
    New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $1,000,001 - $1,500,000 (HST excluded). Standard bid and contract security forconstruction is required.
