Janitorial Services - HMCS Queen Charlotte, Queen Charlotte
Armoury and Brighton Compound, PEI

Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the
furnishing of all labour,  supervision, tools, equipment and
cleaning materials  required to provide janitorial services for
routine daily cleaning at HMCS Queen Charlotte Naval Reserve,
Queen Charlotte Armoury, Brighton Compound, PEI.  All work is to
be completed in accordance with the Specification Number
L-C135-9900/38 forming part of the bid document.  The Service
Contract is from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016, with an option
to renew for two additional one year period.

New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention.

The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus the two option
year) for this opportunity is within the following cost
category: $500,001 to $1,000,000.  Bid security is not a
requirement for this tender.
