    "Heritage" Windows & Doors at the Esther Lord Residence, St.
    Andrews, N.B.
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
    requirement for the renovations of the doors and windows for
    Department of Fisheries and Oceans in the Esther Lord Residence
    at St. Andrews, NB.  All work is to be performed in accordance
    with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number
    R.076526.001 forming part of the bid document.  The Contractor
    shall complete the work within twenty-six (26) weeks of award.
    
    There will be an optional site visit October 2, 2015 at 11:00
    AM.  Interested bidders are to meet at main entrance.
    
    New measures related to Integrity provisions included in the
    solicitation documents requires attention.
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
    cost category: $250,001 to $500,000 (HST extra). Standard bid
    and contract security for the construction is required.
    
    A public bid opening will be held at the 189 Prince William
    Street, 4th Floor, Saint John, N.B.

    and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior
    to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. 
    Inquiries are to be made in accordance with S103 - Enquiries
    During The Solicitation Period, under Special Instructions To
    Bidders in the solicitation document.  Standard bid and contract
    security for construction is required.
    
    Firm intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain
    tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering
    System (GETS).  Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.
     
    
    Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are
    incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and
    contract documents.  The standard documents are issued by Public
    Works and Government Services and may be viewed at
    buyandsell.gc.ca.
    
    This PWGSC office provided procurement services to the public in
    both official languages.
