Personnel deploying on this course will be trained in the operation of snowmobiles, qualifying them on the operation and maintenance of the Light Over-Snow Vehicle (LOSV). The scope of the work will require the contractor to provide rental of 23 snowmobiles, for delivery to Grand Fall Armouries as per Statement of Work included in the Invitation to Tender New measures related to Integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention. The estimated cost for this opportunity is withinthe following cost category: $100,00.00 to 250,000.00 (HST not included). Inquiries: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted in writing to the Contractual Authority: Sandra Lomax, telephone - (506) 636-4362, facsimile - (506) 636-4376, email - sandra.lomax@pwgsc.gc.ca. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquires are tobe made in accordance with the Bid Solicitation Document, Part 2 - Bidder's Instruction, Article 3. Inquires -Bid Solicitation. Firm intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services and may be viewed at buyandsell.gc.ca. This PWGSC office provided procurement services to the public in both official languages.
