Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: 51019-164004/A Lomax, Sandra Telephone No. - (506) 636-4362 Fax No. - (506) 636-4376 Public Address System, Daniel J MacDonald Building, Prince Edward Island The Department of Veterans Affaris Canada requires the supply, delivery and installation of a Public Address System for the Daniel J. MacDonald Building. It is mandatory that the Bidder or representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arragnements have been made for the site visit to be held at 161 Grafton St, Charlotetown, Prince Edward Island on June 21, 2016. The site visit will begin at 10:00 am. Bidders must communicate with the contracting Authority no later than June 17, 2016 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site vist. Bidders who do no attend the mandatory site vist or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be delcared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. New measures related to Integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention. All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted in writing to the Contractual Authority: Sandra Lomax, telephone - (506) 636-4362, facsimile - (506) 636-4376, email -sandra.lomax@pwgsc.gc.ca. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Firm intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services and may be viewed at buyandsell.gc.ca.
