Standing Offer - Floating Docks & Gangways, Various Locations, New Brunswick

The work in general will include all labour and material to build, transport andunload each Aluminum Gangway and floating wharf module on land at the location that will be specified on each individual call-up. The locations could be any Public Wharves along the East Coast of New Brunswick. All work is to be completed in accordance with Specification Number R.001680.001 forming part of the bid document.

The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall be for two (2) years commencing from the date of award.  A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called-up.  More than one Standing Offer may be issued for this requirement.
