NOTICE OF OPTIONAL  SITE VISIT

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.  

The site visit will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 1:30pm .
 Contractors are asked to meet at the Joseph A. Ghiz Building
(Front Desk), 275 Pope Road, Summerside, PEI.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority 2 day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend.  Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. 
Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded
from submitting a bid.

Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting
from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
solicitation.

Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
requirement for the furnishing of all labour,  supervision,
tools, equipment and cleaning materials  required to provide
building cleaning services at the Joseph A. Ghiz Building,  275
Pope Road, Summerside, Prince Edward Island.

All work is to be performed in accordance with the
specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.001717.013 forming
part of the bid document.

The Service Contract is from May 1, 2013 to April 30, 2014, with
an option to renew for two additional one year periods.

The estimated cost (including option years) for this
opportunity, is within the following cost category:  $500,001 -
$1 Million.  

Bid security is a requirement for this tender.

 IMPORTANT NOTICE:  New measures related to Code of Conduct and
certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
attention.
