NOTICE OF OPTIONAL  SITE VISIT

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.  

The site visit will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at
1:00pm.  Contractors are asked to meet at the Daniel J.
MacDonald Building (Front Door) 161  Grafton Street, 
Charlottetown, PEI.

Public Works and Government Services Canada, has a requirement
for a contract, which consists of the following:

Work includes modifications to existing Atrium perimeter
details, including new thru wall flashings, caulking inspection
and repair and replacement of one damaged glazing unit. 
Location of the building is 161 Grafton Street, Charlottetown,
PEI.  Completion of the work is 8 weeks from the date of award.

All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and
specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.000003.038  forming
part of the bid document.

The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost
category:  $100,000 to $250,000
