    NOTICE OF OPTIONAL  SITE VISIT
    
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the work site.  
    
    See Invitation to Tender for details.
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada, has a requirement
    for a contract, which consists of the following:
    
    Retrofitting an existing lab space, including installation of a
    new roof top air handling unit, fume hood and laminar flow
    cabinet as well as the replacement of the existing cabinets,
    counters, plumbing, electrical and fixtures.  Site of the work
    is Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Crops and Livestock Research
    Centre 440 University Avenue, Charlottetown, PEI.  The
    Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by March 21, 2014.
    
    All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and
    specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.051909.001 forming
    part of the bid document.
    
    The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost
    category:  $100,000.00 to $250,000.00.
