    Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for a contract, which consists of the following:
    
    Phase 3 Rehabilitation for Wood Islands Ferry Terminal for Transport Canada is to extend the life of the infrastructure for safe vessel operation by 15 to 25 years. Phase 1 construction began in 2012, Phase 2 construction began in 2016. Phase 3 will occur in 2021-2022 and includes repairs to the East wall of the West berth, East wall of the East berth, dolphin work and other miscellaneous repairs. Phase 4 will follow with repairs to the West Dolphins.  
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the work by March 31, 2022.
    
    All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PSPC Project Number R.101745.001 forming part of the bid document.  The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $1,000,001 to $5,000,000.
    
    There will be no Public Opening for the purposes of this solicitation.
