    CRA Mobile Pallet Racking Carriage System Replacement, 
    Joseph A Ghiz Building, 275 Pope Road, Summerside,Prince Edward Island 
    
    Replacement of the mobile pallet racking carriage system in the paper storage room of the Joseph A Ghiz Building, Summerside, PEI.  The work will include the furnishing of all labour, material, tools and equipment necessary to remove and reinstate the existing racking, design and implement any required structural upgrades to the floor/support system and install the complete and functioning new carriage system.
    
    All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for Project Number R.074389.001 forming part of the bid document
    
    Site of Work is at:  Joseph A Ghiz Building, 275 Pope Road, Summerside, Prince Edward Island
    
    The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $100,001 - $250,000.
    
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.
    The site visit will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at 10:30 am . Contractors are asked to meet at the Front Desk, Joseph A. Ghiz Building,275 Pope Road, Summerside, Prince Edward Island
    
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority 2 day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. 
    
    Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by March 25, 2016
     
    New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 
    
    A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit, Cambridge Building, 3 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PEI
