    Project No. R.079561.001  Work under this contract includes the provision of all labour, material, tools and equipment necessary to perform maintenance service work, minor repairs, emergency repairs and other related work as noted in the specifications. 
    
    All work is to be completedon an "as and when required basis".  Bidders should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called up.
    
    Location of the work is the Joseph A. Ghiz Building, 275 Pope Road, Summerside, PEI.
    
    The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $00,001 to $250,000.
