    Public Works and Government Services Canada, has a requirement for a contract, which consists of the following:
    
    The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labour, material, tools and equipment to  carry out full maintenance service on Three (3) Smardt 275 Tonne Chillers, two ( 2 )  Smardt 100 Tonne Chillers, one (1) 5 Tonne York rooftop A/C unit , One (1) 15 tonne  York rooftop A/C unit, two(2) 15 ton Carrier DX A/C units and two(2) Liebert XDP  chilled water systems in accordance with Appendix I A I Work Schedule.
    
    Location of the work is at the Joseph A. Ghiz Building, 275 Pope Road, Summerside, Prince Edward Island.
    
    The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $100,001 - $250,000.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries are to be made in accordance with SI03 - Enquiries During The Solicitation Period, under Special Instructions To Bidders in the solicitation document. 
    
    Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering Service.  Addenda, when issued, will be available from GETS.  Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.

The standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services and may be viewed on the GETS electronic bulletin board as part of the information module.
