This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.

Work under this maintenance services contract includes but shall not be limited to the provision of all necessary labour, materials, and equipment necessary to carry out spring cleaning, repair and renovation, aerating, fertilizing, watering, mowing, weeding, pest and disease control, cultivation planters and shrub beds, pruning and winter preparation over a 1 year period with an option to extend for two additional one year periods.

Location of the work is at the Joseph A. Ghiz Building, 275 Pope Road, Summerside, Prince Edward Island.

The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $100,001 - $250,000.
