Breakwater Repair & New Service Area, West Point, Prince Co.,
P.E.I.

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for the breakwater repair and construction of a new service area
in West Point, Prince County, Prince Edward Island. The work
consists of, but is not limted to, the following: Infilling of
an existing water area, construction of a new service area and
rebuilding of an existing breakwater. This will include the
supply and placement of geotextile, granular, borrow, corestone,
filterstone and armourstone materials. All work is to be
performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for
PWGSC Project Number R.063387.001 forming part of the bid
document. The contract completion is twenty-four (24) weeks
after contract award

New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 
A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
Room 421, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B. 
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
category: $1,000,001 - $1,500,000 (HST extra). Standard bid and
contract security for construction is required.
