    The Work under this Contract involves the supply of all labour, materials and equipment required to excavate insitu material and stockpile at the harbor granular fill/fines and dispose of off site any other materials; including removal and reinstatement of guiderail; and place geotextile and rock fill as  described in the Contract Drawings and in this Specification. Site of work is at Wood Islands, Transport Canada Terminal, Queens County, PE.
    
    All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for Project Number: R.094192.001 forming part of the bid document.
    
    The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $100,001 - $250,000 (HST extra).
    
    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 16, 2018. 
    
    New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
    
    A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit, 3 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PE.

    Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.
